1. Information we collect

We collect:

• Account information, including your name, email address and account identifier when you sign in with Google.
• Photos you submit and the facial landmarks, measurements and analysis results generated from them.
• Technical and usage information, such as browser and device information, identifiers, page and feature activity, and diagnostic records.
• Messages and other information you choose to send us for support.

2. Use of information

We use personal information to provide requested analyses, simulations and reports, manage accounts and saved history, respond to requests, understand service usage and maintain security. We may also use information to meet legal obligations.

We do not use uploaded photos or facial data to identify people or match them against identity databases. We do not use them for analytics, or for trainining machine learning and AI models. We do not sell personal information or disclose it for advertising.

3. Your photos and saved history

When you are signed out

Your photo is sent to our servers for analysis. It is not saved to account history, and temporary processing copies are discarded after the request is handled. Technical and usage information about your visit may still be retained.

When you are signed in

Your photo, facial landmarks, measurements and analysis results are automatically saved to your private account history. Signing in while a photo is already open also saves that photo and its current analysis. Simulator changes are not saved to history.

Signing out stops future automatic saves but does not remove existing history.

Photos of other people

If someone uploaded your photo without permission, you may contact us without creating an account.

4. Providers and other disclosures

We use Google for sign-in and service providers for hosting, storage, website operation and support. We share information with them as needed to provide those services. We and our providers may process information outside your country of residence.

We do not authorise providers to use photos or facial data for their own model training, advertising or unrelated purposes. We may disclose information where required by law. We do not make uploaded photos or saved analyses public.

5. Retention and deletion

Saved photos and analyses are stored with your account. Other account, usage and support information is retained for service operation, handling requests and meeting legal obligations.

You can remove saved entries from your account history.

6. Security and access

We use account-based access controls, protected sign-in sessions and other reasonable measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, misuse, loss and disclosure.

7. Cookies and browser storage

Authentication cookies support sign-in and account sessions. We also use local and session storage for usage analytics. You can manage cookies and browser storage through your browser settings.

8. Your choices, requests and complaints

Use the contact address below to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information or account. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for future processing. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out and may prevent us from providing the relevant feature.

We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your request and locate the relevant data. We will respond within the time limits required by applicable law and explain if we cannot fulfil a request, unless legally prevented from doing so. You may also have a right to complain to a privacy regulator.

9. Changes to this policy

We will publish updates on this page and revise the date above. We will give notice of material changes where appropriate and obtain fresh consent where required.
